Wash Aid is used as the defoaming agent in the pulp washing. Since it is a water-based defoamer, it can be easily diluted offline and online. The wash aid also improves the productivity of the wash plant, which has been formulated for taking care of the downstream problems of the pitch.

The silicon-based wash aid will reduce the organic and inorganic carryover, which eventually lead to reducing wash losses. This eradicates entrained air, washes the pulp in a better way, helps in keeping the washing area neat and clean.
