Boiling Water Treatment is the treatment where a substance that is of toxic nature is removed from the system. This water treatment is required for avoiding the corrosion and scaling along with precipitation and foaming in the boiler system. The boiling water treatment can be done internally as well as externally.
In the internal treatment, the conditioning of the impurities is done within the boiler system. Moreover, the reaction occurs either in the feed line or in the boiler proper without the formation of foam. The external treatment is the reduction of the impurities from the water from the outside of the boiler. Softening, deaeration, evaporation, and membrane contractors are various types of external treatment.
